"Life is Beautiful!!"

Movie's set in Italy - probably, the World Wars period. Hati yung movie. First part talks about the everyday lives and the distinct culture and character of the Italians before the warring periods. Second part, on the other hand, talks about the hardships encountered by the Jewish in Italy during the warring periods. The main character is a Jewish dude living in Italy in order to work as a waiter in the fine resto his uncle is working under. Siya yung "comedian" ng story. Kaya siya nakakatawa dahil sa pagka-"autistic" niya in an enjoyable way - not so annoying. Later in the story, this Jewish dude married an Italian lady, Dora, who was supposed to be married off to some government guy. They had a son they named Joshua. Finally, when the war came, Joshua's family experienced a grave horror when they were all forced to move to the concentration camps led by the Germans. The Jewish were, at that time, extremely discriminated. The fun part here for me was that the Jewish father tries to make this horror story a game for his son, with a real tank as a first prize if they were the first ones to gain 1 000 points. The children in the camps were supposed to be cooked alive in large ovens to be manufactured as soaps or buttons. The Jewish dude also remained a husband to his wife even if they were separated in the camp (they were sorted out when they entered). Binalik niya yung mga happy memories thru that old-fashioned music player (di ko alam tawag dun) and overhead announcers. In the end, the Jewish father did his greaters act, that is, sacrifice his own life to save his son and his wife. Actually, iyon lang yung nakita kong dramatic segment nung movie :). By the way, this movie was narrated by Joshua, the son of the Jewish dude. Hope you can watch this movie!!!!!!!
